Clear View Cleaning Contractors
A Hertfordshire window, gutter and roof cleaning company. We run its Facebook and Instagram advertising and enquiry follow-up, end to end. An AI receptionist, built from Clear View's own prices and rules, answers its office landline and main lines day and night, so callers aren't left ringing out while the team is out on jobs.
What was set up
Lead generation
Separate Facebook and Instagram campaigns for its main services, each with its own lead form and audience, so every enquiry is tagged to the service it came from.
Follow-up that runs itself
Every new online enquiry is passed to the team to ring. Anyone who can't be reached gets a short, polite run of follow-up texts with a link to choose a time for a call, and it stops as soon as they reply. The team's alert includes the customer's details and, where they left one, their own message.
Calls answered day and night
The AI receptionist was built from Clear View's own price list and rules, not copied from its website. It can quote regular window cleaning, text a link to choose a time for a call with the team, and take complaints or cancellations and pass them straight to the right person.
