Monthly, paid up front
One invoice a month for the service. No setup fee hidden in month two.
No lock-in
Cancel any time. The service runs to the end of the month you've paid for and doesn't roll into the next one.
Ad spend on top, at cost
We run the advertising budget and pass it through on your invoice. Agree a package and an ad budget, and the invoice is the two added together. If the ad budget changes, we agree it first.
Growth costs money. It shouldn't cost waste.
Businesses that genuinely want to grow have to invest. Our job is to make that investment disciplined: spend to grow, while consolidating the systems, cutting the duplicated software and taking the repetitive admin and reception work off people who have better things to do.
Questions we get asked
Why no prices on the page?
Because a two-van cleaning firm and a twenty-vehicle haulage company don't need the same thing, and charging them the same would be unfair on one of them. The call takes twenty minutes and you'll have a figure straight after.
What happens after I book a call?
You get a confirmation email straight away. We look at your current setup before the call. Within 48 hours of speaking you have the onboarding plan and the next practical steps, sized to what you actually need.
Can I start on Foundation and move up?
Yes. Features are switched on when you're ready for them, in the same environment. Nothing to migrate.
Do I have to use the app to get leads?
No. Lead generation only sends every enquiry to your phone as a text. The environment is there when you want it.
Can I keep the systems I already use?
Yes. We audit what you use first and build around it. Keep what works, replace what doesn't, at your pace.
Is every team member charged for?
No. There are no per-user charges bolted on. Every member of staff gets their own login.
Is Optimus X live?
Not publicly yet. It's being tested with our first client. Everything we sell today runs in your own SteadyGen environment, and founding clients move across to the app first at launch.
What if I want to think about it?
Fine. We won't chase you by phone. You'll get a couple of polite automated messages, which is the same follow-up system we'd build for you.
